I shot and directed some video spots along with my video partner, Daniel Zhu, on Big Island, Hawaii. I'm excited to share the director's cut for Mauna Kea Beach Resort and the combined video of Mauna Kea and it's sister resort, Hapuna Beach.
Minnesota State Fair
In lieu of the Minnesota State Fair happening right now while I am in Europe, I thought I would post some photos that I took some time ago. I never really liked the state fair when I lived in Minnesota, so taking photos made it fun for me. I used 35mm film in my holga camera which made the process a little more interesting. I had to jerry-rig the camera to let it accommodate the 35mm film.
2016 Pele Silver Award for Design
I'm excited to announce the Hawaii book covers that I photographed for Where Traveler Guestbooks won the 2016 Pele Silver Award for Design! These books are distributed through out numerous hotel rooms among all the islands. This was a fun assignment for me because I had a ton of creative freedom!
