While I was on Oahu in May, I was commissioned by the Hale'iwa Store Lots on the North Shore to do an ad as well as an editorial for the new plaza space in town. One of the big attractions is Matsumoto's Shave Ice. If you are ever on Oahu on the north shore, you have to check it out! The line is sometimes longer than Disney Land, but well worth it!

I am happy to present one of my latest fashion editorials shot on location in Oahu! This is the second fashion issue that I've shot for R Magazine in conjunction with the Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikiki, one of the premier shopping malls that has a huge Japanese tourism market.
While on location, I like to keep gear minimal, so I shot these stills with my Canon Mark 3, a reflector, scrim and beauty dish.
